We do remakes as part of our design service.

We can reuse gold depending on the condition and type. We can usually put some if not all of your existing gold towards a new piece. 

 

We also offer a repair service that includes resizing, re-shanking, chain rejoins, cleaning and polishing. 

These repairs are all done at our third party workshop that your jewellery will be personally delivered to.

We don't courier any jewellery unless requested by you for delivery to you or a loved one.
